Questions about credentials
Some issuing bodies do not maintain public verification databases. In these cases the credential is listed as declared rather than independently verified, and we note this distinction clearly.
We display credentials as they were verified at the time of profile review. Coaches are responsible for notifying us of any changes to their certification status. Active verification links allow you to check directly with the issuing body.
Where a formal partnership exists, it is stated explicitly on the relevant coach or programme page. A logo displayed without this statement does not represent a commercial or institutional relationship.
